-Site surveys to inspect conditions, take measurements, review drawings and gather information.

-Development of rigging and hoisting plans and procedures including drawings, crane/hoist layout and positioning, crane specifications and lift charts, rigging gear and tool requirements.

-Site logistics including crane assembly/disassembly and lift locations, truck loading/unloading areas, traffic impact and control.

-Assist coordinating, scheduling and sequencing equipment arrivals.

-Photographs of site.

-Requirements of governing agencies (Departments of Transportation, Building, Transit Authority).

-Permit Procurement.

-Preparation of checklists.

-Interact with contractors.

-Attend jobsite meetings.

-Presentations to client owner.

-Craft labor.

-Hoisting/Lifting equipment.
